Quality as a Continuous Institutional Process

The IQAC strategic framework of St. Francis de Sales College, Nagpur, provides a structured direction for sustained academic, administrative and institutional quality enhancement.

The Strategic Plan is conceived as a dynamic framework linking institutional priorities with annual action plans, departmental initiatives, committee and cell activities, quality benchmarks, stakeholder feedback, review mechanisms and documented outcomes.

The plan is intended to strengthen a culture of quality in teaching-learning, research, student development, governance, digital transformation, infrastructure, sustainability and community engagement.

Each strategic priority is translated into deployable actions, assigned responsibility, measurable indicators and documentary evidence, enabling the IQAC to periodically review progress and identify areas requiring further improvement.
